What we collect
When you request a report we collect your store URL, the competitor you name (optional) and your work email. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why
To prepare your AI Blindspot report, reply to you about it, and protect the form from abuse. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider, and our email provider (used to notify us of your request). To prepare a report we send questions about your product category to OpenAI; we don't send your email address to OpenAI.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or when it's no longer needed for the purposes above.
